Who We Are
Our story is not just business- it's personal too.
Since 1983, Gerry and Joe have been neighbors’ friends and have had a lifelong mentorship. Together their decades of experience have combined to create Management Consulting Alliance (MCA). Gerry having been involved in substantial industrial commercial turnarounds, ranging from the transportation industry to commercial property to logistics, began the concept of the Mid Management development in 1983. His ideas were and are decades ahead of modern contemporaries. Throughout his professional career, always perceiving business through multiple lenses, Gerry was able to develop and test concepts as each deal progressed.
Having been mentored by Gerry throughout his life and professional career, Joe began his professional career as an educator. His tenure covered Economics, History, Technology and Negotiations. Those capacities allowed for multiple years of research and application. He is adept in improving all aspects of corporate training. Throughout his career he was continually perfecting implementing the concepts of PI and ER and Turnarounds in private industry.

Our programs assist companies experiencing accelerating growth, turn-around situations, merger and acquisitions; MCA’s focus is profit. In 1983, our book was published Crisis Management Before the Management Crisis. This guide developed around our concept of 10 Early Warning Signals (EWS). Your key people will be able identify areas needing attention pre-emptively. The collective analysis of our clients’ historic activities prior to our involvement supported our 10 Early Warning Signals theory: most management crisis situations are preceded by actions or events which are actually EWS. Working with key mid-management, our team can identify these areas of your business.
Our Program

The Business Health Checkup critically processes the 10 EWS and delivers specific targeted solutions and a trajectory of Profit Improvement. Our Pre-Deal Due Diligence program enhances the seller’s position. Our program has facilitated sales of industrial commercial properties throughout the NYS and surrounding areas. In addition, implementing our Business Health Check Up and adapting the results will provide the seller with a compelling position during the Sale/Merger/Acquisition process. The 10 EWS provides the seller with knowledge and the ability to procure/improve profit. MCA works with your mid management, through each of your divisions.
